EARTH DAY ACTIVITIES
FOR SCOUTS, ENVIRONMENTAL CLUBS, SCHOOL GROUPS, CHURCH GROUPS, WOMENS CLUBS, AND BUSINESSES
I am excited to plan a day, a week, or a month of Earth Day activities and events for your group
or organization - a wonderful opportunity to learn how each of us can care for Our Earth!
•These activities are suited for schools, churches, and businesses.
•Programs are available for most North Dallas and Collin County cities.
•Scheduling group provides location.
•Minimum number of attendees: 50
•Maximum number: none
•Length of programs: varies from 15 minutes to 1 hour

•A deposit of $25 will be required to reserve a program date.
This deposit will be applied to the program fee (refunded only if the program
is cancelled in writing 2 weeks before the scheduled date).

SHOW WHO OR WHAT YOU LOVE:
-Photo of your child, pet, special occasion, (sports, band, marathon, and many more activities) can be made into a button or magnet.
Buttons and magnets are made individually by hand. Wear your feelings proudly for your co-workers, friends, and family!
Size of finished buttons and magnets: 2 ¼"
-Customer to provide a hard copy or electronic copy of team logo, title of organization's event or activity,
or photo of child/pet/activityto fit in a 2 ½" circle, OR
-if you prefer a particular saying, send it to me and I will size it to fit a 2 ½" circle
Cost per button or magnet: $3.49 each (for orders of 1-5)
For orders of 5-25 buttons or magnets: $2.99 each
For orders over 25, please request special pricing.
Postage, shipping and handling: add $1.00 per button or magnet.

I love to create. Need to create. Especially worthy-of-gift-giving, beautiful, decorative, or practical one-of-a-kind items. Especially items made from things normally thrown away or recycled.
My inspiration? I'm an avid window shopper! While admiring products in stores, the fun is to figure out how to replicate them with repurposed items.
When did this zest for reusing/remaking/repurposing begin? I was blessed with God-given gifts of sketching and drawing at a very early age; while I eventually lost those special skills, they were replaced with crafting and calligraphy abilities!
Helping the environment also motivates me. As an environmental educator for many years, extensive research proves that using less and producing as little waste as possible benefits individuals, communities, and the entire planet (financially and aesthetically).
Creativity is fulfilling and necessary to one's soul, so my goal is to spread the "repurposing" word and get folks who don't think they're creative involved in my workshops!
I wholeheartedly believe the words summed up in a motto adopted years go:
If I hear, I forget.
If I see, I remember.
If I do, I understand.
